Goal

Forinchem Pharma wants to position itself as a pharmaceutical company that attaches great importance to quality, innovation and service to the end user. When it comes to the accessibility of customized medication, there is still a world to be won. For pharmacy preparations for the individual patient, this concerns both delivery security and costs, while for clinical research the total costs of the good manufacturing practices (GMP) process and the resulting medication for clinical use play a role. In both situations there is room for improvement for the end user. Forinchem Pharma believes that things can be done differently and is committed to making this medication more accessible to the described target groups.

Vision

Forinchem Pharma's vision can be described in the following core aspects:

• Innovation: The key to success. There will be a continuous search for innovative pharmaceutical products that correspond to the questions of pharmacies or the clinic.
• Quality: Trust is not earned easily. Supplying high-quality products is therefore an absolute requirement. The processes used to manufacture these products must also be of high quality. Together, this means that quality is a core part of the company.
• Integrity: We are in the business of medicines, not candy. In the right hands, medicines save lives, but in the wrong hands they can cause great harm and even cost lives. For the company, integrity means doing what is said and vice versa. At the bottom line, the end user benefits from an honest product.
• Teamwork: Only together there is progress. Effective communication with involved stakeholders, be they customers or suppliers, is therefore essential.
• Sustainability: Drug development and production is often accompanied by a large consumption of energy and water. In addition, there is often a significant (chemical) waste flow, and raw materials are imported from distant areas. It is Forinchem Pharma's wish to organize drug development and production in a more sustainable manner and to source raw materials locally as much as possible.

The name of the company is of course strongly derived from its location (Gorinchem), but can be further explained by three concepts that clearly have similarities with the identity of Forinchem Pharma, namely:

• Formulating: the core activity of the company. This includes both development and actual production.
• Innovating: the investigative approach of the company.
• Chemistry: the transcending field of work.
